Where it all started
I started building websites in 2008 and have spent the last 16+ years working hands-on in web design, SEO and digital marketing. What sets me apart from many web designers is that I haven't just built websites for others — I've used them to build and grow a business of my own.

A broad range of experience
Alongside running my own business, I have designed and built websites for a wide range of clients — from small local companies to larger national brands. My experience includes working with beauticians, window cleaners, driving instructors, gardeners, garages, car body repair specialists and other service-based businesses, as well as projects involving brands such as Bell Motorcycle Helmets, Nissan and Rust Magazine.
This breadth of experience means I understand what works across very different types of businesses — and I can apply those lessons to your website, whether you're a sole trader in Torquay or a growing company with national ambitions.
Why I started Brik road
After selling my manufacturing company in 2025, I made the decision to focus fully on what I know best: building effective websites that look professional, work properly and are built with SEO in mind from day one.
I do not believe in creating cheap, flashy websites that look good but never get found on Google. Every website is built with search visibility as part of the foundations — including local SEO structure, page titles, meta descriptions, image alt text, content layout and clear user journeys.
How we work
Most work is designed and managed personally, with additional support from trusted web developers when needed. This allows me to offer a personal, practical and results-focused service for both local and nationwide businesses.
